These Terms of Use govern your use of the ShotLock mobile application and the shotlockapp.com website, operated by Pinnacle River LLC. By using the app or site, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

ShotLock is a tracking and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Estimated medication levels and clinical-trial comparisons are informational models, not measurements or recommendations. Always follow the instructions of your healthcare provider and the medication's prescribing information. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something displayed in ShotLock.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you log and for all decisions about your medication. App reminders and protection features can fail (for example, if your device is off); do not rely on them as your only safeguard.

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium features are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. Pricing is shown before purchase. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We also offer a one-time purchase option at a heavily discounted price. That option does not include a free trial and is not eligible for refunds from ShotLock because of the discounted pricing. Refund requests can always be submitted to Apple through the App Store, and ShotLock will abide by Apple's decision.

Intellectual property

The app, site, and their content are owned by Pinnacle River LLC and protected by applicable laws. Third-party product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners; their use is for identification and comparison only and implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The app and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle River LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app or site.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page.
